Soon, when it’s cold outside and so warm inside, our families gather again around the kitchen table to share thoughts, news, food and laughter.

I’ve put together a couple of recipes that are not only good for the Thanksgiving table, but also wonderful dishes to serve throughout the cold months ahead. These recipes are as healthy as they are delicious. Low fat and low carb, but I’ll bet you won’t taste it or miss the missing calories!

I think cooking healthy way as much as possible during holidays is the only way to keep your self away from fat store.

It is very difficult for me to resist against all these sweet foods that why I think if you cook healthy as possible, this will decreased bad side effects:)
