Just my observations on nutrient dense, low calorie foods which are common in traditional societies but missing in our overweight fast food nation.

In essence, a healthy diet depends on how we choose our food. This doesn’t mean we can’t give in to cravings occasionally, but overall we should be very conscientious of the food we put in front of us and our family…
