Recipe: Pink Shrimp And Green Peas
- 11/2 pound of small shelled shrimp
- 1 slice ginger minced
- 2 tablespoons sherry
- 1 tablespoon light soy
- 1 cup salad oil
- 2 cups shelled small peas
Heat oil in wok. Quickly fry peas. Remove and immediately add shrimp to hot oil with slotted spoon. The minute the shrimp turns pink, lift out with skimmer to plate. Add peas and serve with rice. Yield: 6 servings. Enjoy:)
