You will need:
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
- Use only 1 cup skim milk
- Stir in 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
- Add pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
- Fold in 1 cup reduced fat whipped topping
- sprinkle with chopped walnuts

I like pumpkin but for some reason this year I haven’t been able to find any decent ones. I love eating seasonal fruit and veg, I like apple crumble at this time of year but its not very good for my fat burning diet
