in low calories desserts

This pumpkin pudding makes a wonderfully healthy low calorie dessert recipe for cold winter days. Pumpkin is loaded with carotene to strengthen your immune system and thus, to fight off colds. Cinnamon spice is a great metabolism booster. The low fat milk and reduced whipped toppings accommodate cravings for fat and sweets. Especially important for this time of year and the holidays approaching.

Creamy Pumpkin Pudding Recipe:

You will need:

  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding mix
  • Use only 1 cup skim milk
  • Stir in 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • Add pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon
  • Fold in 1 cup reduced fat whipped topping
  • sprinkle with chopped walnuts

Enjoy :)

Tip: find better alternatives to walnuts

I like pumpkin but for some reason this year I haven’t been able to find any decent ones. I love eating seasonal fruit and veg, I like apple crumble at this time of year but its not very good for my fat burning diet
