Better to wake up singing, I think I’m turning Japanese—I think I’m turning Japanese – I really think so! than worrying I’ve got to do my morning exercises! Uggh… So I recommend, that after your first cup of coffee, you’ll exercise with the guys and girls featured in this video. And when people ask you at work why you are smiling brightly today, send them here to experience exercising-Japanese-style for themselves. Funny exercise video.

Morning exercise for me is 45 min on the elliptical trainer and 10 min on the ab ball. I am bored to tears by the end but my physical therapist insists that this is the best plan for rehab on my back.

Maybe if I got some Barney songs like in this video I would do better.

IMAO. Nice exercising tips by Japanese. I have spent nearly 30 minutes for morning exercise especially jogging and walking.

nyahaha! i’ve already seen this video on youtube, they even had that shot where they do it on the street was it? lol.. but indeed, cool & simple moves. i will have to ask my nanny, my mom, my dad and my dogs to join me on doing that every morning.. haha!

funny it is! but hey, even if they’re just that simple, they’re good. this will basically help you keep up the adrenaline at work i mean if you’re obviously doing this before going to work.

wow! so cute. I love it because if you do it, it does not just exercise your body but socially and mentally as well. It will really release happy hormones that fights stress and good for the heart as well coz it is funny. it will trigger the participants to laugh;-D

I’m sorry about that! Someone bought the rights to the movie… no wonder it was so funny and fun to do exercise to… but there are other Japanese exercise movies to choose from… hope you enjoy:)
