For me, not eating after 7 p.m. works fine. Breakfast is also necessary – and since the body metabolism is more active during the first part of the day, I let myself eat more food or even sweets in the morning than in the evening.

For me the key to keeping fit is portion control, I just can't give up all the good foods in life. That's why I run' 3 to 4 times a week. I haven't found any other form of exercise that works like running.

You don't have to run the entire four miles right away. Just try alternating between walking and jogging at first, before you know it you'll be running the entire four miles in no time. Also, remember that when you start exercising you may gain weight at first because muscle is heavier than fat, so you're probably doing better than you think. Oh, and one more thing, the extra muscle will boost your metabolism, so... even when you're not exercising you will be burning extra calories. Also, after 7pm, try cutting your portions. Keep up the good work!
