Low Fat Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Low Fat Chocolate Banana Smoothie

I’ve noticed that this low fat drink keeps me from feeling hungry or fatigue, almost for 2 hours. So if you like chocolate, banana, and can handle the milk – you should try this easy blender recipe. If you are lactose intolerant, use low fat soy milk (soy milk: 8oz = Calories 70, Calories from Fat 20) instead or low fat milk (low fat milk: 8oz = Calories 110, Calories from Fat 20). If your symptoms are only slight, then give Organic Low Fat Milk (1 or 2 percent) a try. In any case, ask your doctor before changing your diet.
