Heres some of the recommendations i would make:
McDonalds – Subway, Togos, etc, or anything meal requiring you to cook would be better.
Soda – diet soda, juice, sparkling cider
Ice Cream – Fat free Sorbets, popsicles

Thank you Akavar for your great suggestions. Love especially the fat free sorbets and popsicles idea. Would it be possible to freeze fresh juices in small cups… ?
yea that works… sounds just like a popsicle, but i guess a little bit healthier. if you have a blender, you can make something 100x better, like a smoothie. (just throw in some frozen strawberries and/or raspberries,blueberries,blackberries with a banana, some yogurt, ice, sugar, and maybe some juice of your likening.
