What is natural weight loss? Is it easy? Not always; A natural approach to weight loss is pushing aside a routine and start implementing good for you things, such as choosing healthy food and exercise, or music you listen to, a good story or a run through the park, into your daily lifestyle. Joining a particular weight loss program can help, but it may not have a lasting effect if eating healthy doesn’t involve all members of your household.
So, my mantra for the day: go throw a ball, or do some berry picking. But whatever you do, don’t forget Fido! That’s my plan right now… take Buttercup for a run… she really needs it.
