Lose The Belly Fat, Aka Muffin Tops: For Guys and Girls

Ladies:

Have you ever wondered how to get rid of that layer of fat on your tummy, aka “muffin top?”  This first video is for you.  These are three great exercises that actually work. You just need to find a couple of minutes each day to take advantage of your muscles’ fat burning power. Do these workouts during a break at work or while taking your dog to the park.

These three exercises can be done outside the gym, and – most importantly – frequently in your spare time: The Prisoner Lunge Twist, Mountain Climber, and the the Sumu squat thrust. To see how they’re done, check out the first video.

Being overweight is almost an invitation to some form of poor health. Then there’s the issue of the financial cost should one become ill from having excess body weight. Hospitalization costs in the United States can turn overwhelming in almost no time at all.

dat waz a re4l nic3 articl3 about how to lose your muffin top. the first one which was the prisoner lounge was a good one which would probabaly take about 20 min. to workout on. the second one which was the moutin climb was better den tha first one because ur kind of runninin.tha third one which was the sumo wrestler sqaut was real good because ur actually toneinin ur azz and thighs.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)(:
