Certainly – it’s worth a try to lose 5 pounds of belly fat in two weeks, and I’m going to do it naturally by eating healthy and jogging. The warm spring sunshine, and Buttercup (my fitness partner) seem eager to get me out on the hiking trail that leads through the woods behind our house. Running the long way home adds up to about 4 miles and hopefully burns 1 pound of body fat. Okay – probably not quite that much; I’ve got two weeks!
Sprinting in short spurts, speed-walking intermittently and turning around every so often, I’ll catch Buttercup attempting to take refuge in the shade. While jogging backwards facing her she is more willing to move again, but she wants a break. It takes concentration not to stumble over a rock or root, so I’ll likely have to pick her up and carry her awhile, this should make me another pound lighter, easily. Don’t try this… Choose a safer method to keep your heart rate up. For instance, your Golden Retriever would very likely be much faster and keep within sight in front of you.

While trying to lose belly fat it is important that you have a positive attitude.
I also think that changing your diet is more important for healthy weight loss then exercise, but combining them is ideal of course
