Mid morning snack:

Juice 4 carrots, 2 stalks of celery, ½ a lemon and ¼ up parsley.

Lunch:

Take 2 tomatoes, 1 avocado, a ½ carrot, a ¼ bell pepper and ¾ cup almond milk and blend, making two bowls.

In between meal snack:

Juice 10 oz. green vegetables of your choice, and add lemon and ginger to taste.

Afternoon snack:

Salad with lettuce, 1 cup shredded carrots, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 1 Tbs. lemon juice, 1 Tbs. olive oil and a dash of cinnamon.

For Dinner:

  • Creamy tomato soup

Before bed time:

  • Prepare 1 cup of warm water with juice of ½ a lemon

Then create your own version of the diet for the next three to five days, by juicing a rainbow of fruit and veggies and plan them into your day as in the example above.

After three days: Add poultry and fish such as salmon – get recipe - to your salads and dinner.

After day five: Keep on adding fresh organic juices to your normal diet to keep on burning fat from your body at record speed .
