Kettlebell Workout: Deep Squat

One of the best exercises is the Kettlebell workout. When you do the deep squat as demonstrated here in this video, your body will burn calories, gain muscle, and lose weight fast. Getting a firm attractive body is a nice side effect of this great workout.

Yup, squats are something everyone should do. But it’s not enough to just think about keeping the back straight (or neutral), you need to work on flexibility too. Flexibility and squatting goes hand in hand.
