Chinese Wok Cooking Recipe:
Chicken Breasts with Zucchini
- 1 cup diced chicken
- 1 clove diced garlic
- 2 Tbs light soy sauce
- !/2 cup bamboo shoots sliced matchstick size
- 1/4 cup canned mushroom slices
- 2 cupsĀ diced Zucchini
- 1Tbs cornstarch in 1/4 cup water
- Roasted slivered almonds
Stirfry chicken over high heat with garlic in oil. When it turns white, add 2 tablespoons soy, and continue stirring for several minutes.
You may substitute the zucchini with asparagus or celery.
