This is a GREAT way to get the correct kind of cardio in. People tend to perform non-challenging cardio workouts and wonder why they are not losing? Or even gaining in some cases!

Excellent tip. Mountain Climbers are one of my favorite moves. They work your entire body in addition to giving you a great cardio burst.
