Juice Diet: Grape Power Recipe

Grape Power Juice Recipe

  • Bunch of red grapes
  • 2 stalks of celery

Tip: This juice mixture deserves some adaption by the palate. The health benefits are definately worth it! You could also mix the fruit juice with a little natural apple juice (juice apples along with the veggies) to give it a sweeter taste.

Blend all ingredients together in juicer (add a little crushed ice if you prefer it thinner) and enjoy… Mix in a little Spirulina powder, available at your health food store, and turn the grape power recipe into pure super juice.

Grape and Celery Facts:

Grapes, particularly red grapes, provide great amounts of antioxidants. The nutrients in grapes also help purify your glands and blood.

Celery contains compounds called coumarins which may help prevent free radicals from damaging cells. Celery is also a great diuretic and has lots of fiber to stave off cravings.
