French Vanilla Coffee Creamer Facts

in coffee creamer

Now almost noon. I’ve been up and working since 6am. First thing is to turn on the coffee machine and fill a quarter of my big mug with French Vanilla creamer. That’s my all important treat for the day. It’s like a reward for getting up early – especially when knowing that one TBS has 35 calories from high fructose corn syrup (processed corn sugar isn’t good). I use about three good heaps of coffee creamer which adds up to about 110 calories. WARNING: you can’t do this throughout the day when you base your food intake on a 2000 calories/day plan!

When you want to lose weight in belly fat or simply make healthy choices for yourself then the creamer in your coffee should be no more than a once a morning treat. Oh well, you can cheat… make it once an afternoon event. Exception: If your body wants the caffeine, just add 1TBS Coffee Creamer to each cup three times a day :)
