Please consider adding the Hill Country Health and Fitness Center at Rancho Cortez to your list of weight loss camps for adults. The fitness program there is awesome. I went in April-May for 3 weeks and lost 13 pounds and 11 inches. I’ve been back for weekend “tune-ups” to stay on track. This fitness camp is located on a dude ranch so you have optional horseback riding activities plus the hiking, gym, pools, etc with personal trainers. It’s in Bandera, Texas, outside of San Antonio.

I’m looking for people who have attended either Camp Lajolla, CA., Fitwoman inVermont and HiltonHead weight loss camps. I would like to hear opinions from anyone who has gone to any of these three camps and what they think. Where can I get this info???

If you are in Scotland, you may want to consider joning Borders Boot Camp. They have a great program and you are guaranteed to lose 2 dress sizes. What’s more, the surroundings are simply breathtaking :)
