Aikido kickboxing is a great way to keep fit as a family. Have you ever thought of joining your local martial arts club for aikido kickboxing? Perhaps not. But how else could you turn the otherwise strenuous task of getting your kids to spend less time on mySpace and more time with you more negotiable? The entire family would get a kick out of this cardio workout and burn lots of calories too… I love the idea – will mention it at dinner. If Aikido kickboxing aids in anger management too, then that alone is worth a couple of bruises, don’t you think…:)?
Idea: Create your own parent / child Aikido kickboxing group within your community. Find interested dads and moms and older siblings willing to learn the art at your local martial arts club or center to instruct your group in what you’ve learned.

I can dig both Aikido, for I do Aiki myself, and Kick-Boxing. However I don’t understand how you put the two together on your website. Isn’t that a bit like combining chalk and cheese? Both have their place or sport, fitness or for self-defense. But they are totally different from each other.
