I love the resistance band. you can combine fitness with entertainment because you can do these exercises with the resistance band while watching TV.
That is really an interesting blog.There is some list of exercises to loose weight that has been mentioned by the expert. Also there is new equipment called resistance band. I thank Dee Wilson for sharing with us the usefulness of resistance band. Being away from home also we can remain fit.
