The exercise ball is also known as a fitness ball or balance ball. Though all these terms are appropriate, I prefer calling it the balance ball. This is because it does more than help you exercise your body. It forces you to really focus on form while at the same controlling your core muscles for balance. This is it’s key to your success! The balance ball forces us to keep mind over matter at all times while doing the exercise with it.
To demonstrate how to use the exercise ball, I went out and searched the internet near and far for the who’s who on the fitness ball, and I came up with these.
