Whole Grains: Ideas for a Healthy Breakfast And Snaks
Contrary to my husband’s taste preference for white bread, I find whole grains in breads and cereals delicious, especially for breakfast or for a quick snack in between meals . Nothing really I have to try or need to get used to, or because the latter supports a healthy digestive system. Of course, sometimes your health dictates otherwise, as white breads are easier digestible for the body.
