Exercise doesn’t have to be a boring routine for the sole purpose of squeezing the life out of you. Each dance session is a total of ten minutes. The dance moves are quick and there are a lot of dance terms that some may not be familiar with. Take your time and don’t give up. If I can learn these moves anyone can.
There is also a ten-minute session where everybody can do his or her own thing. The dancers in the exercise DVD have a lot of fun in this area and so do I. I just practice the steps I’ve been trying to get down in the other sessions and have a good time just messing around.
The five-minute cool down is a must also. Just like warming up, you need to cool down your muscles after a workout like this. Strenuous exercise of any kind can be damaging if you don’t work those muscles up to speed and then take them back down again. I always do the warm up and cool down no matter which segment I’m going to do.
If you want to learn some new dance steps, get a great cardio and physical workout, trim that waist and those hips, while having a lot of fun, then try out this exercise DVD. I enjoy the workout I get every time I put in the player. So go cut a rug, get in shape and have some fun.
