Hi Everyone… Merry Christmas!

Dancing is one of my all time favorite aerobic/cardiovascular workouts for keeping in shape and for feeling wonderful. And lately I find myself dancing to the following tune… So turn on the radio, take the kids and start rocking around the Christmas tree… :)
