There are a slew of dance exercise videos out there, but only one I want to blog about today. I’ve been following the moves with Kenn Kihiu and his dance cast twice a week for 4 weeks now, and my body feels fabulicious about it.
It’s definitely a different type of exercise routine, one you are not likely to find in any other dance workout video. It’s kind of like going through a muscial time warp crossing decades and country borders while stretching, twisting, cross-punching, and lunging. Your body is moving constantly while transitioning to a different beat every couple of minutes. You can’t stop! Kenn slows the aerobic dance just a bit for a chance to catch your breath and a sip of water, but then you keep marching on, seamlessly… in Kenn’s tunnel of no escape!
After one hour, every muscle in your body is worked including your cardiovascular system. This Dance Exercise Video leaves me inspired and energized for the rest of the week, every time. Yes, I’m addicted, but I’m certain doing this workout twice a week will have the same addictive effect on you. You will want to exercise!
