Crab Meat alas Chinese Recipe

I am not a weight loss diet fan. Yet, I do need to lose about 5 pounds to feel better about myself and life in general. My jeans seem to fit just a bit too tight these days. Grr… body please, fit back into the pretty outfits that accumulate in my closet…

Tonight I have my friends come over to celebrate this resolution in sea food jade and coral. delicious treat for my friends as we celebrate a new healthy lifestyle… tuna tomorrow..

Crab Meat With Broccoli Recipe

  • 1 pound of broccoli or any green vegetable, chopped into cubes
  • 1/2 pound cooked crab meat
  • 1 slice ginger
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Chinese wine
  • 4 teaspoons light soy
  • A little vegetable oil for stirfrying
  • Heat oil in wok and stirfry ginger. Remove ginger and stirfry cubed vegetables together with salt, suger, wine and soy, at least 5 minutes. Add crab and continue stirfrying 3 minutes. Serve hot. yield: 6 servings. Enjoy:)
