I am not a weight loss diet fan. Yet, I do need to lose about 5 pounds to feel better about myself and life in general. My jeans seem to fit just a bit too tight these days. Grr… body please, fit back into the pretty outfits that accumulate in my closet…

Crab Meat With Broccoli Recipe
Heat oil in wok and stirfry ginger. Remove ginger and stirfry cubed vegetables together with salt, suger, wine and soy, at least 5 minutes. Add crab and continue stirfrying 3 minutes. Serve hot. yield: 6 servings. Enjoy:)
