I don’t know about you, but right now, I wish summer would last for ever. It’s simply gorgeous here in Upper Michigan. I work out almost every day. Yes, at times I feel my body – when it hurts (joint pain-such as knee pain can be avoided using home exercise equipment), yet have no difficulty to take that jump rope or hit the trails running and walking for an hour before getting ready for work.
