Is Bottled Water Really Better The Tap Water?
True, I’m a bottled water junkie and trust it over the water flowing out of my home faucet. But is bottled water really purer? Walking through the [tag]water[/tec] aisle of the supermarket the choices are mind numbing. White and green labels shaped in mountain ridges makes me practically taste the purity of unearthed water from far away places like France or Switzerland and Colorado.
But do we really need to pay for drinking water when we can get it for pennies from the faucet? Or are we commercially conditioned to think water is pure and healthy only when paying for it? Studies have found that this is not necessarily true. Here are a few facts to consider before paying for drinking water.

Fitness Waters - Get Report
On my way to work, I used to grab for a Coke or similar beverage. Now, I opt for my favorite fitness waters, such as Aquafina Alive Wellness Water. I love the taste of berries or citrus fruits and find them a wonderful substitute for fructose laden juices and other beverages. The vitamin enhanced water also reduces my appetite for coffee latte and helps me substantially cut down on calories.
In a couple of days I will publish an exclusive, totally original report on the many fitness waters available. Don’t miss downloading this wonderful report. It’s free!

Fitness Spas: More than Just Massages and Facials
Fitness Spas: More than Just Massages and Facials
There used to be a time when fitness spas were more about being pampered than becoming fit. Today, although there are spas which still offer this kind of amenity, more women are choosing spas in which they can be taught to change their lifestyle and become healthier and lose weight at the same time.
Fitness spas have taken it upon themselves to empower women to change their eating habits and to feel good about themselves as well. A healthy way of living has become the focus of women around the world, and fitness spas have approached good health and dieting with a new purpose.
Body building: Protein Drinks Recipes
In body building, much of the body’s energy and strength is used. After the hard work, the body needs rest. A time to recover helps the body to regain lost energy and fuel. It is important also for the body to have sufficient power for the next set of training, to be able to meet the requiredperformance.
That is why power drinks play a vital role for supplying needed and sufficient amount of performance out of the body at a given time.
