Start Rocking Around The Christmas Tree: Great Aerobic Workout!

Hi people… Merry Christmas!

Dancing is one of my all time favorite aerobic cardio vascular workouts for keeping in shape and in a feeling wonderful mood. And lately I find myself dancing to the following tune… So turn on the radio, take the kids and start rocking around the Christmas tree… :)

Ballet Dance: Best Exercises (Video) For Great Posture

Ballet Dance Exercises are great to get back in shape quickly. After pregnancy or when you just want to feel super good about yourself. So why not learn a couple of ballet exercise postures and stretches right now? All you need is a sturdy chair to substitute for the bars she uses in this exercise video. Just prop the seat against a wall and turn the back of the chair towards you. Wear something comfortable, like a jogging suit and tennis shoe, and do these exercises carefully to strengthen legs and upper body for good posture, balance and flexibility. Start slow. Do not over extent your joints.

Home practice after starting my second year of ballet!

I know that I have to support my elbow more, I’m currently working on it and I think it’s better during the pliés. I’m thankful for comments and critique, but please be nice, I’m a beginner and do the best I can already. I can’t open my knees any more at this time, and I keep my back as straight as I can during the exercises. I’m sure I’ll become better during this year! Thanks for watching!
