Toning the ABS is not my favorite exercise routine. To be honest, sometimes I even have to force myself to do it. Yet the mid section is the core to overall body balance and well being. Control of your body’s core is what yoga and all other exercises are based on. Exercising your ABS to lose belly fat is just one of the benefits.
