Dance Exercise Videos Musical Time Warp
There are a slew of dance exercise videos to choose from. Only one I want to blog about today. Following the moves with Kenn Kihiu and his dance cast once a week for 4 weeks now, my body feels fabuliciously for it.It’s definitely a different type of exercise routine you are not likely to find in other dance workout videos. Kind of like going through a muscial time warp crossing decades and country borders while stretching, twisting, cross punching, and lunging. Moving constantly, and transitioning to a different beat. You can’t stop! Kenn slows the aerobic dance just a bit and soon enough for a chance to catch your breath again and a sip of water. You march on, seamlessly… in the tunnel of no escape!

Toning the ABS is not my favorite exercise routine. To be honest, sometimes I even have to force myself to do it. Yet the mid section is the core to overall body balance and well being. Control of your body’s core is what yoga and all other exercises are based on. Exercising your ABS to lose belly fat is just one of the benefits. Toning the ABS for that six pack look is just another.

I don’t know about you, but right now, I wish summer would last for ever. It’s simply gorgeous here in Upper Michigan. I work out almost every day. Yes, at times I feel my body – when it hurts (joint pain-such as knee pain can be avoided using home exercise equipment), yet have no difficulty to take that jump rope or hit the trails running and walking for an hour before getting ready for work. Exercise and eating clean, fresh fruits and vegetables, just makes me feel good. That’s the bottom line. I function much better that way and my family and people at work love me for it.

Did you know? Exercising your lower and upper body while jump roping, can help you burn an incredible amount of body fat. Ten minutes of jump rope exercise could burn 100 calories.
How would you do it? Yes, childhood might be just a glimmer in the past, but I’ll bet you still know how to do your jump roping. The more pressing question is where to find enough space to do this cardio fitness workout.

What are you waiting for. Go ahead, flop to the floor (on soft carpet). Work the lower abs and get rid of those love handles! It’s a good start. What do you think?
