		<description>Yes, we will probably burn a lot of calories just by writing  long lists of items that seem to disturb us. The idea is, by writing these questions fast down on paper, we won&#039;t have any time to censor our thinking. Something our brain likes to do. Most often we answer too quickly just to close a subject and be done with it; eliminating the need to dig deeper and the purpose to initiate the actions necessary to reach a desired outcome. 

I am sorry to leave you hanging a bit in this post. I am still working on the first part of a self help series for people wanting to lose body fat and keep it off too. It is based on the productive thinking model by Tim Hurson and can be adapted to any conceivable challenge you might face in life - and is a great tool for losing body fat. So stay with me.
