<description>I like your suggstion about jogging or running versus walking. I like to watch sports tv while running on the treadmill. That way I can feel sedentary while actually running and burning off the pounds :)

<description>The basics are still true. I don&#039;t like to work out, I do construction in the day and that is enough for me. So I will leave the workout out of this list. Besides eating smaller portions of the deserts, I eat more vegetables and a lot of fruit.

What I am getting to is I have lost weight doing the basics, I eat a little healthier but not much. I found if I go overboard and cut too many things out I will end up giving up and binging or once I lose weight and get off the diet I catch up for lost time if you know what I mean.

I went from 245 lbs. to 210 lbs. on about 5 weeks and I have kept it off for the first time since I started gaining weight 18 years ago.

I have learned to gorge on vegetables when eating lunch and dinner and then eat the good stuff. Other than that, I&#039;ve learned that if you are lacking vitamins and minerals, even just a few, your mind will crave something and we think it is too eat more and if what we eat does not have what we are lacking it does not fill the hole. Learning that is what took the weight off and is keeping it off.

I was putting together 72 hour kits for a church project and there were these pills called Lifecaps They have all the vitamins and minerals even iodine in them. They are for survival not weight loss. But after I learned about lacking vitamins or minerals creates cravings we try to fill and that 95 percent of over the counter vitamins do not get digested and end up in the sewers. I researched different vitamins and companies.

Anyway, while doing these 72 hour kits I learned about Lifecaps and I ordered 25 bottles for my personal 72 hour kits I built but also to try as my weight loss supplement. They are all natural, digest and get in your system within 20 minutes, even has a bit of natural sugar in them to keep your blood sugar levels stable. So I started taking 3 a day, one in the morning, one at lunch and one before dinner.

I still eat candy bars, ice cream etc. I try to take smaller portions though. I drink a lot of water and eat a bunch of vegetables at the beginning of lunch and dinner. It has been awesome, I don&#039;t have cravings at bed time, I am not looking in cupboards and the fridge for something, 10 minutes after dinner anymore. At the rate I am going, I might fit in a 32 waist again by Christmas. After I bought those 25 bottles, I got a coupon code and bought 75 more bottles, you can find them at lifecaps.net and use coupon code &quot;healthcaps&quot; to get 33% off.

This may not be for everyone, but it has worked for me. I do not drink energy drinks anymore, I wake up with energy. I could lose weight faster if I cut more things out of what I eat, but I figure I am losing weight consistently and I do not want to blow a good thing. I like to eat and I hate to work out.</description>
