For example the Kamikaze of show biz, like the contestants of “The Biggest Loser“, bravely pushing through a body numbing experience, propelled by commerce for the purpose to turn ordinary names into trademarks and candy bars into energy snacks.

In the same breath, she also aligned food as bad for you or healthy, placing banana muffins or chocolate within the bad range. We’re probably all familiar in asking this question, wondering if a particular food or snack is good for us, especially when it says healthy in its headline.
In the real world, however, where food seems abundant and the healthiest meal is not always our choosing even though we are working on that, banana muffins or chocolate shouldn’t be simply defined as bad food sources mainly because they are calorie dense, high in fats, or high in sodium. Even, when you are trying, as the questioner in the forum, to keep within the daily limits of your caloric allowance for losing body fat.
