Sweet Summer Recipe, high in protein, fiber, and loaded with vitamins and minerals: enjoy!
Crunchy Apple and Yogurt
INGREDIENTS:
- 2 large apples (diced)
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 Cup diced dried apricots
- 1/2 Cup raisins
- 1/4 Cup sliced almonds
- 1/3 Cup vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS:
Toss apples with lemon juice (prevents browning).
Mix in other ingredients, except yogurt.
Add yogurt, and chill.
