Apple cider vinegar is believed to be a wonder potion with the power to shrink belly fat and even ease chronic conditions such as various types of arthritis. Is it just a myth in the making? For centuries, Italian monks were famous for growing herb gardens for medicinal purposes to cure various ailments. Modern scientists are still following up on all of their findings to prove or disprove the effects of their herbal therapies.
However, some natural remedies, such as apple cider vinegar are here to stay no matter how strongly science disproves their effectiveness to heal. Apple cider vinegar, the cure it all, teeth-crunching, fermented apple juice that is mostly meant for cooking, seems to be one of them.
It is also important to mention that money hungry industry likes to capitalize on peoples’ beliefs and desires.
The desire to lose weight made me buy apple cider vinegar not to enhance my food but to take one tablespoon before meals. It is said to cut appetite. And you definitely will lose your appetite drinking this on a weak stomach. In this case, apple cider vinegar pills would be much easier to take. You can find them in the weight loss supplement aisle.
I really can’t say if the vinegar worked for me, aside that I’ve started more closely watching what was on my plate and the portions of it. Guess, the vinegar helped me to be more conscious of my food. But I can say that one of my favorite salad dressings is apple cider vinegar and olive oil. Forget the tablespoon and capsules! Eat it on your salad.
