When you do Aerobic exercises such as aerobic jogging or aerobic dancing, your heart forces fresh oxygenated blood into every little cell of your body. That is why a cardio-workout makes you feel good for hours after you are done, besides the calories you’ve burned as well.
I put together a couple of aerobic exercise movies, all of which should get your heart pumping. So turn on the sound, get off the the computer chair and take five… go ahead and start moving. Get happy:

For me it is aerobic dancing or otherwise, now that the weather is nice, I am again jogging, or skipping over old roots and broken off branches through the woods near my house. My dogs, Buttercup and Zorro, are excited as soon as I put my running shoes on along with earplugs, supplying the rhythms which are helping me move a little faster, giving me the feeling of putting less strain to my body or allowing me to tire too soon.
Can’t really distinguish if it is the music that makes me happy or me moving. My Brittany Spaniel keeps me on the watch so I don’t lose him. I call for him or dance with Buttercup as she is a lot slower. Otherwise, to her delight, I just use her as added weight. Great for strengthening my arms and legs as I keep running, jogging, skipping and walking… I am so lucky to run through uncharted woods:)
It’s pure morning magic. Although, I work out any time of day, as it depends on my schedule. After doing my aerobic exercise, yes jogging and running, as well as fast walking count as aerobic exercises, I feel that my posture is better and I walk and sit a little straighter. Better yet, it seems that I think better, after my workout, concentrating on the tasks on hand more efficiently.

If you experience pain in your joints, water aerobic exercises such as swimming or biking are better exercises for you. They are great, as they lift all the weight of your body while you are moving and getting your heart rate up.
